The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the waterfalls, the center, the bus station, and the valley. The staff were extremely friendly and the room had a magnificent view of the mountain.

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a seating area in the rooms, which made them clean. Everything was brand-new and the staff was very-very nice😃

Rooms are beautifully designed offering stunning views and modern amenities. The staff is welcoming and attentive to detail. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast spread, with a variety that also caters for vegan and vegetarian options. Indoor facilities like a cozy seating area and small spa with splendid views provide a relaxing experience.

The hotel lacks an elevator which could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

We had an amazing Xmas vacation. The staff was superb, always with a smile on their faces, making us feel welcomed. The breakfast offered a great variety of organic, fresh, and locally sourced food. The location was perfect, near some natural waterfalls, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The playroom and the workout room on the ground floor made our stay even more pleasant.

We encountered some difficulties with parking on our first day, but it wasn't a big issue for us. The bathroom was nice, but I think a shower with a proper door would have been better.
